The delivery driver was courteous and professional when delivering the bed frame.

However, I would like to file a complaint regarding my delivery order scheduled for June 1, 2026. I would like to know why the complete order was not delivered as promised.

When I contacted customer service, I was told that I would need to travel a considerable distance to pick up the missing items myself, or wait several more days for a redelivery. This is unacceptable. I arranged and paid for scheduled delivery specifically to avoid this inconvenience.

I relied on your delivery commitment when making this purchase. Due to this experience, I am very disappointed and will be reluctant to make future purchases from your company.

Please investigate this matter and arrange for the remaining items to be delivered directly to the original delivery address as promised, without further delay.
